Exam Fee to evaluate for Oral Appliance Therapy

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive exam, patient education, and a panoramic X-ray. This gives us a full picture of your airway, dental health, jaw position, and jaw structure so we can determine the best treatment path for you.

The flat fee for this visit is $150. The exam and x-ray are not billed to insurance — it is a straightforward, all-inclusive fee for your initial appointment for Oral Appliance Therapy.  For an explanation on why this portion is not billed to insurance, please ask our front office support.

Oral Appliance Therapy

This is the fabrication and custom fitting of a Mandibular Advancement Device, and support that you receive for up to 90 days after receiving the device.  We are in-network with most major insurance plans and Medicare as a Durable Medical Equipment clinic for this specific service. This service is filed on Health Insurance, not Dental Insurance because ultimately, we are treating the airway.  We handle all insurance filing on your behalf — you will not need to submit claims yourself.

If you have met your deductible, it is common for insurance to cover a large percentage — sometimes all — of the cost of the oral appliance. Every plan is different, and our team will verify your specific benefits before your appointment so you know exactly what to expect.

QuietNite Laser Snoring Treatment

QuietNite is our in-office soft palate laser treatment for snoring. It is a quick, comfortable procedure with no downtime and no surgery.

Because QuietNite is an elective procedure, it is not covered by insurance. We have set our fee at $375 per appointment — likely the lowest in the DFW area — so that more patients can benefit from this quick and effective treatment.

Your first QuietNite visit includes a $75 exam fee to evaluate your candidacy for the procedure.

We recommend 3 QuietNite treatments for optimal results, plus an annual maintenance QuietNite treatment appointment.
